On 23 June 2026, the ACC issued an e-tender under the Capacity Building of Anti-Corruption Commission with Information Technology Development Project for enhancing the capacity of its Digital Forensic Lab. The procurement initiative addresses the lab’s technical capacity, but there is no publicly available information indicating an increase in its workforce or its placement directly under the ACC Chairman.
Observation

The Digital Forensics Lab was previously established as part of the "Strengthening ACC" project, with 16 officials trained to operate the lab between 2018 and 2023. As of 2024, training of 1,100 ACC officials has been conducted at home and abroad. There has been no change since.
